Interncred Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Interncred, we strive to provide the best service experience for both students and companies. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be granted for our various services.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payments for our services. By using our services and making payments, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Certification Fees

For internship certification fees, the following policy applies:

  • Certification fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued
  • If a student requests cancellation before certificate issuance, a 90% refund will be provided
  • No refunds will be provided for certificates that have already been issued and delivered
  • In case of failed verification or discrepancies in provided information, the certification fee will not be refunded

Important Note

Certification fee refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment and before certificate issuance. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

3. Project Development Services

For project development services (website development, data analytics, data science projects, etc.), the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing. If cancellation occurs before project initiation, 80% of the advance payment will be refunded. After project initiation, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds for completed work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications and cannot be rectified, a partial refund may be provided based on work completed.

Project scope changes or additional requirements may affect the refund eligibility. All project specifications and deliverables are documented in the project agreement before work begins.

4. Company Recruitment Services

For companies using our premium recruitment services:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun
  • If cancellation occurs before the service period begins, a full refund will be provided
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Custom recruitment packages may have specific refund policies outlined in the service agreement

Please include your full name, contact information, payment date, payment method, and reason for refund request to expedite the process.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Issued certificates and verification documents
  • Completed project work that meets agreed specifications
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Customized or personalized services that cannot be resold
  • Discounts or promotional offers where stated as non-refundable

7. Special Circumstances

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests that fall outside our standard policy:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized use of payment method
  • Service unavailability for extended periods
  • Other circumstances at the discretion of Interncred management

Documentation Required

For special circumstance refunds, appropriate documentation may be required, such as bank statements showing duplicate charges or evidence of unauthorized transactions.
