Your Certificate ID can be found at the bottom right corner of your certificate document. It typically follows the format: IC/YYYY/XXXXX. If you're having trouble locating it, please contact our support team.

New certificates are typically added to our verification system within 24-48 hours of issuance. If your certificate was issued very recently, please allow up to 2 business days for it to appear in our system.
